That Mormons and the LGBT community are now sneering at each other across a cultural divide is not a situation that you should be applauding, and if you read the post, I think you might possibly come to understand why your majoritarian triumphalism is misplaced and dangerous for a Mormon to embrace.

See, this is why losing in front of the CA Supreme Court was good all around. It was the whack upside the head that helped y'all figure out that in a majoritarian democracy, ya gotta win over the majority and that means getting the most voters on your side. Why's this concept such a hard one? Us horrible "anti-equality homophobes" figured it out, like, YEARS ago. Sorta the big reason we've been kicking butt.
